Recently bought a set of body lotion and full sz body mist. Left a comment . And to my surprise, Salt and Stone sent me an email. Thank you for standing by your mission and taking care of your members. Something was wrong with the initial gift set ( it was one of those defect) . The next one I got was absolutely what it was suppose to be. The scent was amazingly perfect and stayed true even after hours of wearing it. Not needing to refresh and re-apply. Found my new love and my go-to : Cedar and saffron. KUDOS to the team. Mission accomplished. Standing by your product and stepping up is CUSTOMER SERVICE excellence. I have the bergamot and chinook but I have not tried it yet. ( got hooked on the cedar and saffron scent). Thought of getting the black rose and Oud but it was SOLD OUT, too quickly.
