Frequently Asked Questions

Ordering from Salt+Stone is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.
Additionally, some custom items can not be purchased online. You will need to contact us to get a quote.
Yes,  all Salt+Stone online and phone orders will include sales tax where such taxes are imposed by the destination state. Applicable sales tax will be added for deliveries within the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.
We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Salt+Stone ships to all states within the US.
We ship all of our jewelry by UPS. Any items over $5,000 will be shipped insured and must be signed for upon receipt. We are happy to ship lower priced items insured as well at the customer's request. We are also happy to ship items internationally via FedEx. Please note we are not responsible for lost packages unless the item is insured.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As we are a small fine jewelry shop based in Brooklyn, NY most of our work is built to order. We stand behind the quality of our work and if you believe there to be any manufacturing issues we will happily fix the item at no cost to you. Did you get your loved one the wrong size? That's ok, mistakes happen. We are humans, not robots. We do our best to go out of our way to make our clients happy and will gladly do an exchange.
