What are my shipping options?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm PST. Orders ship from Castaic, CA.

How much does shipping cost?

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, all Canadian orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm PST. Orders ship from Toronto, Ontario.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most international countries. Orders ship from Castaic, CA. Shipping is calculated at checkout and applicable taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer. Returns & Exchanges

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your SALT & STONE product. For returns, or you’d like to process an exchange, please reach out to info@saltandstone.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at info@saltandstone.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
