When I received my set, I immediately tried everything. Unfortunately, one of the misters wouldn’t work. I sent an email describing the problem. They got back to me very quickly and sent a replacement mister. I thought they would just send a sprayer ( which is what I needed) , they sent a new bottle. Love that they stand behind their products!!! Oh and they smell so fabulous!!!’
