What is Salt & Stone’s Membership program and how can I join?

The Salt & Stone Membership lets you earn rewards with every qualifying order on saltandstone.com, plus enjoy perks like early access to new launches and exclusive offers. Joining is free—just create an account at saltandstone.com/pages/membership. If you already have an account, simply sign in to activate your membership and start earning rewards.

How and when will I receive my rewards?

At Level 1, your 10% off is available directly in checkout after you’ve signed up, and while you’re signed into your membership account. Your Level 2 and 3 rewards are available in your account dashboard immediately after you place a qualifying membership order that enters you into that level. Make sure you sign into your account to start earning and to access your rewards.

How can I reach the next level?

Your level is based on how many qualifying orders you’ve placed after signing up for your free Membership account. Please view your dashboard to see your current level and how to reach the next one.

Do my previous purchases count towards my Membership level?

No, previous purchases made before signing up for Membership do not count as qualifying Membership orders. After you create your Membership account, all qualifying orders will count towards your Membership and determine your rewards level.

How do I track and use my credits?

You can see your Membership credit balance at any time by logging in to your account dashboard. Your store credit is available directly in checkout when logged into your account. Sign in here.

How do I redeem my credits?

Here are the steps to redeem your credits:

  1. Log in to your membership account dashboard. Sign in here
  2. Click on ‘redeem credits.’
  3. At checkout, enter the amount of credits you want to redeem from your available credit balance. Your balance can be applied to any $50+ order.
  4. A unique discount code for that amount will be generated and can be automatically applied to your cart, if you choose to do so.
  5. Fill your bag with and check out with your savings applied.
Do my credits and rewards expire?

All membership credits and rewards will remain valid for 3 months from the date they were earned. Don’t worry—members will be notified in advance of any upcoming expirations.

Is there a minimum order value to earn rewards?

Orders need to be over $10 in order to count towards the next level.

How long will I stay at my current level?

Your current level is permanent and will not be downgraded over time—you’ll remain in it until you advance to the next level.

What happens to my store credit or level if I cancel or return an order?

If you choose to return or cancel your order, it won’t contribute toward your order count, and you’ll stay at your current Membership level. Your acquired store credit for that canceled or returned order would then be removed.

Can I use my rewards on subscription orders?

A $5 store credit can be earned on a checkout order containing a subscription product but will not incur for recurring subscription orders. Store credit can only be redeemed on one-time orders.

How do I remove myself from the Membership program?
