    An order of mine was shown delivered yet I never received it. Your customer service rep went above and beyond to send a replacement to me. I know she didn't have to do this. I realize in the big picture a small bottle of perfume is insignificant but the gesture did not go unnoticed. You've earned a customer for life. Btw, the perfume smells amazing too!!!
